It’s located just across the river from Akihabara Station, just a 5 minute walk from hotel to ticket gate. So you can take Yamanote Line in a loop or use one of the local lines to cut across east-to-west from Akihabara. It’s in a bit of a quieter neighborhood too. There’s a footbridge right across the intersection from the hotel’s main doors that can take you across quickly. Open 24/7 Family Mart and 7/11 are very close by as well. The reception is actually on the 5th floor, and a very minor annoyance is that taking the elevator from the 1st to wherever your room is or vice versa means it always stopped at the 5th. But hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. One staff member could speak English very well, but the others were accommodating with me trying to speak with what little Japanese I knew. There’s a free “amenities buffet” with things like razors, hair gel, women’s products, coffee, tea, etc that you can help yourself to. Laundry, vending machines, and bathrooms are also on that 5th floor along with a comfy lounge. Laundry was separate washers and dryers, 300¥ and 100¥ (30 min dry) respectively. It also looked like they were holding people’s baggage and luggage throughout the day. We were split up between a single and a double. The rooms were small, just barely enough space for luggage cases to be open and to maneuver around them, but small rooms are the norm in Japan. But the room was very quiet (couldn’t hear my travel companions very much at all through the wall) and it was comfy. Pajamas, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included in the room. Room service typically consisted of leaving out used towels and trash cans in the hallway, which are then replaced with new towels in the middle of the day. There’s a full room cleaning on the 4th night. Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and would consider staying again!

Delivery of fresh towels and 2 water bottles every day, along with garbage pickup. Bathroom felt new and clean with a large bathtub for soaking. Great water pressure and shower head in the bath. The 5th floor lobby had every amenity you might need, including humidifiers, which were helpful for us because we weren't used to the dry winter air. We appreciated the full array of amenities provided, including a variety of scented bath powders, a variety of teabags, face products, etc. You can even buy their full-sized bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and air freshener to bring home if you wanted to. The lounge had complimentary coffee, tea, soda machine, ice, wine glasses, microwave, origami, and a nice seating area to take a break outside of your room.

Excellent location with few train lines intersecting and just across the bridge from Akihabara station. Although the hotel is surrounded by train lines and facing the tracks, the sound proofing was so good, we never heard the train at all, even though you can see it whizz by outside the 5th floor lounge windows. The hotel also smells good and feels brand new. The room was relatively spacious, clean and comfortable. You can open a large luggage with 2 other smaller ones with no issues (twin room). I love the lounge on the 5th floor, providing free drinks, as well as desks, sofas and work pods should you need to do some work or just chill. They also store your luggage before check in or after check out. Will definitely stay here again when in Tokyo.

As advertised, the location was a great help. Quietly tucked away from next door Akihabara in a quiet neighborhood but less than 5 min walk from both Akihabara as well as the subway and JR stations. The staff was absolutely great. Don't get confused by the Resol on the same street. The Resol Stay is just further down the street. Quiet regardless of the nearby trains and quiet in regards to guests. Plenty of restaurants within ten minutes walk. Use exit 5 from arrival by the Hibiya subway line then turn right once outside, walk over the canal bridge, turn right at the first street after that and about two to three minutes further is the hotel on the opposite side of the street. There is a shrine (from 1457) just prior to reaching the hotel.

I really loved the bathroom, especially the shower. I’ve never taken such a long shower at a hotel before—it was just so comfortable and convenient! The hotel is close to the train station. The staff were lovely and polite. They provided self-service amenities like toothbrushes and coffee, available at the reception area at all times. Free drinks, including coffee, soft drinks, and ice, were available until midnight. There were also coin-operated washing machines and dryers for guests to use. Housekeeping will clean the room every three days, but each day they hang fresh towels and drinking water at the door.
